After graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts degree, I became the Director of Operations at Post Logic Studios in Hollywood, California. In six years there, I integrated the first Digital Intermediate infrastructure into existing traditional post production services and was also responsible for overseeing all personnel. I then became the Director of Operations at Ascent Media-Encore where I spent two years working in traditional TV, Film and Commercial post production services. I further expanded my skill sets by gaining experience in sales, engineering and management of a 65-person work force.

Before landing at MediaMine in 2010, I spent six years at Sample Digital as Vice President of Operations. I worked with the development and client services team on the Digital Dailies platform from 2004 until 2010. My responsibilities ranged from creating competitive price models, managing accounts from CBS Films, Fox Films and Spitfire/Hammer Films, providing technical support and custom encoding workflow integration services for the Media Services division.

As the CTO, Partner, and now CEO | Owner of MediaMine, my 15-year journey has given me a vision for MediaMine which revolves around strategy, preservation, digital transformation, and helping clients derive value from their archives. At my core, I’m a digital media archivist and steward committed to preserving the past, integrating it into the present, and ensuring it remains accessible for future generations.

Amy was the first woman in Hollywood history to serve as Vice President of Post Production and Visual Effects when she was at Warner Bros., overseeing work on more than 250 films, including “Harry Potter,” “The Matrix,” and “Practical Magic.” As an Account Executive and Creative Director, Nancy worked on Oscar campaigns for Paramount Classics’ “You Can Count on Me” and Miramax films “Chicago” and “The Hours.” Together, the sisters have conducted and produced more than 1,700 interviews for their own projects and clients including the Television Academy Foundation and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

That experience has taught them how to listen closely, understand what a project needs, and recognize the value in a collection. At MediaMine, they shape how collections are presented and guide licensing clients toward footage that helps tell their stories.
